My Corporate Events (MCE) is a corporate event matchmaking service. We help companies find restaurants, venues and experiences for their events.
What we collect
When you submit an event inquiry or a venue partnership inquiry, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, company, work email, phone number and details about your event or venue.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, identify venue and experience options that may fit, respond to you, and evaluate venue partnerships.
Sharing with venues
Information submitted through an event inquiry may be shared with relevant venue partners when necessary to facilitate an introduction, for example so a venue can confirm availability and pricing. We do not sell your information.
Follow-up
We may contact you by email or phone about your inquiry. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Storage and security
Submissions are stored with an access-controlled cloud service. Only authorized MCE team members can view them. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information you've submitted to us.
